Construction & Features

• Conductor: Stranded compacted aluminium, 10 sqmm cross-section compliant with IS 8130

• Insulation: XLPE (Cross-linked Polyethylene) for thermal, electrical, and chemical resistance

• Armouring: Galvanised steel wire armour (2XWY or A2XFY type) with flat strip protection

• Inner Sheath: PVC Type ST2 per IS 5831

• Outer Sheath: Flame Retardant Low Smoke (FRLS) PVC for enhanced fire safety

• Voltage Rating: 1.1 kV (650/1100V class as per IS 7098 Part 1)

• Core Configuration: Commonly 2-core, 3-core, 4-core, 3.5-core options with color/number coded cores

• Operating Temperature: +90°C continuous, +250°C short circuit
